Love is all you need.

Not feeling loved or fear of not being loved or lovable is a recurring emotion with many of my clients which often impacts our overall health and wellbeing... understandably so: We all feel on top of the world when we feel loved. We feel lonely, hurt, sad when we feel a lack of love.

I truly believe the world would be a better place if we all felt loved and lovable. It would lead to everyone being so much more at peace with themselves and in turn much more generous with dishing out love to others around them.

So the best thing you can do is to find out your primary love language, i.e.

1.) how you like people to show you love and 2.) in which way you show others that you love them...

1.) Clarity on this will help you improve or transform your future relationships or/and your current marriage. Communicating clearly what you need to feel loved is key to a happy relationship.

2.) Being able to clearly let others know that when you e.g. do thoughtful things or shower people with praise and compliments, you are expressing love to that person is so powerful and will help you identify your strengths which in turn will lead you to love yourself more.

So if you want to feel more loved, love yourself more, be able to communicate your love with others in a way they understand, learn and read about the 5 love languages. It could truly transform your relationships with others and yourself and your whole life.

If you’d like help releasing emotions surrounding feelings or fears of being unloved or unlovable and the impact they might be having on your physical wellbeing, please get in touch.
