Ann has been running a natural health, beauty and nutrition business for 15 years and is passionate about introducing people to alternative ways of looking after their health.

As an Advanced Practitioner of Kinesiology, and a Reiki and EFT (psychology 'tapping') Practitioner, Ann draws upon a variety of tools and skills in her holistic treatments.

Hello and welcome to my Kinesiology page! 

When I first started my natural health, beauty and nutrition business, I saw a way of helping many people with natural products and the results sparked my passion for alternative therapies. I knew early on that one day I wanted to offer a powerful alternative treatment in order to help people more than just with products. However, despite all the therapies I experienced, I didn't feel particularly drawn to learning any of the ones I experienced, until I had a very healing session with a kinesiologist but it wasn't that that made me want to learn it, it was the fact that this therapy combines and draws on so many different treatment methods (e.g. nutrition, reiki, acupuncture, massage, emotional stress release) whilst taking the guess work out of what the body might need the most by way of muscle testing: Our bodies know the answers to any problems and kinesiology is about letting the body communicate these answers.

I love the logical and practical side of kinesiology. It is so powerful!
