3 things you didn't know about Kinesiology

More and more people are hearing about or using Kinesiology as a way of feeling and being healthier but I also receive confused looks when I say I'm a Kinesiologist, and admittedly the name itself or its pronunciation doesn't help... 'Kin-easy-what?' is a reaction which makes me smile every time.

Here is everything you need to know about Kinesiology...

1.) So what is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology combines Chinese medicine with Western nutritional science. It allows us to detect and BALANCE emotional and physical health challenges using gentle muscle testing to restore health and wellbeing. 💚⚖️

It is also fabulous and affordable way of FOOD sensitivity and nutrient deficiency TESTING.🍏

2.) And what can it help with? Or even help prevent?

Digestive issues e.g. IBS

Depression and anxiety

Back/shoulder/neck pain

Fatigue or low energy

Skin conditions

Chronic pain

Recurring colds or viruses

Hormonal imbalances/menopause

Learning difficulties/lack of focus

Allergies or food intolerances

Menstrual problems

Headaches and migraines

Sleeping problems

Nervous disorders

Sports injuries or recovery

3.) The most fascinating question I find though is, how and why does it work so well?

Emotional or physical stress can disrupt this natural flow of energy and disease is said to result when these pathways become blocked or imbalanced.

Why do imbalances occur in the body? For many reasons! Including, but not limited to:

Emotions, stressful experiences, food sensitivities, negative thoughts, poor digestion, inadequate nutrition, lack of sleep and dehydration.

Systematic Kinesiologists can help individuals to identify these blockages by using muscle testing techniques. Different muscles relate to different organs and healing systems or energy circuits within the body. When a muscle is weak, the energy of these organs is out of balance and body telling us this circuit needs support.

Kinesiology helps to uncover the root of your health issue by looking at physical, nutritional, emotional and energetical imbalances. A wide range of powerful techniques, acupressure massage and nutritional recommendations help guide you back to optimum health.
