Depriving yourself of certain foods just in case...?
Which foods should you cut out when you suffer from eczema?!
Just spotted a mum’s post re her daughter’s eczema on Facebook:
‘If you suffer from eczema or asthma yourself, have you found that certain foods/drinks make it worse/better? I'd love to find an easy way to cut down on the main 'culprits' such as eggs, nuts, dairy, tomatoes, sugar, wheat and create a tasty meal plan for the week! Just to see if cutting these foods out of our diet will improve my daughter’s eczema and coughing (which I relate to early signs of Asthma) Any tips?’
A change in diet can, as this mum suggests in this post, always contribute to improving a skin condition. However there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to what your body needs in order to heal. I’ve met a client who has followed his nutritionist’s advice of cutting out tomatoes for years... as it turns out through muscle testing, he’s fine having some in moderation and he has been doing just that...
Why deprive yourself of certain foods potentially for years if you can take the guess work out via muscle testing?
Nutrition is just one of the many facets we explore through muscle testing when it comes to skin conditions...!
